Apartment Renovation

A full interior renovation of an occupied Achrafieh apartment — taken back to structure and rebuilt around a new plan.

The existing layout divided the floor into small, dark rooms. We removed the non-structural walls between the reception rooms, relocated the kitchen to open onto the dining area, and rebuilt the services throughout — wiring, plumbing, HVAC and lighting.

Finishes were chosen for longevity: oak flooring, natural stone in the wet areas, bespoke joinery in every room and a warm neutral palette layered with the client’s own art and furniture.
