Luxury Villa

A private villa built around vaulted local stone, deep openings and a long view across the valley.

The brief asked for a house that felt as though it had always been there. We worked with traditional Lebanese vaulting and dressed stone, then opened the principal rooms with tall glazing so the landscape does the decorating. Interiors were kept quiet: patterned cement floor tiles, oak, linen and a restrained palette that lets the masonry read.

Delivery covered architecture and permit drawings, interior design, material selection and construction — a single contract from first sketch to handover, with one project manager accountable throughout.
